Refund policy

1. Returns
We accept returns for damaged or defective items. To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@yappyhourbev.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it for a new one.
