Update: due to being understaffed and lack of communication from the team, I finally received my product with extra items. There were several miscommunications and stories changed from the company on what actually happened. Part of it was potentially usps. However, honest communication from the start would have prevented all of this. My dog loves the product as I turn it into ice cubes. But the constant hassle, emails, and requests to have this review updated are quite annoying.

I can’t review this item, as this item has taken 2 weeks to be mailed out. I was promised that it would be mailed out on the 19th. However, it was not. It took 2 emails to customer service to get a resolution. I suggest you purchase in store and not from the website.
